Understand the information you share with Sagar and how it is used.
Information you provide
The form asks for your name, dates, room and guest counts, plus a phone number or email address to contact you. A company name and useful stay notes are optional. Do not enter a password, payment code or unnecessary sensitive information.
How is it used?
This information helps process your request, contact you, arrange rooms and retrieve your stay account. Bookings, payments, corrections and receipts remain linked to their management history.
Who can access it?
Authorized team members access information needed for their duties. The owner defines access permissions. For meals charged to a stay, reception and the restaurant can share the name, phone number and room needed to link orders. The public cannot see other guests’ identities or calendars.
Technical services and payment
The application uses Supabase for data and team sign-in accounts. Where Papi payment is offered, necessary payment information is sent to the provider. Card details are entered on the provider’s secure page, not in the Sagar booking form.
Cookies and booking tracking
Cookies support team sign-in and private online-payment tracking. A tracking link alone is not enough: the browser that prepared payment retains private access. Using a different device may therefore require help from reception.
A question or correction?
Contact reception using the details available on the website to ask about your information or request a correction. For payment or receipt information, the hotel also checks the booking history.
